 So its been a while since I last posted but I had two weigh ins since last time.  One negative one positive.  

7/28/11

  • %Fat = 28.4%
  • %Fat free mass = 71.6%
  • Fat mass = 62.015 lb
  • Fat free mass = 156.059 lb
  • Body mass =  218.074 lb

Change:

  • %Fat = +1.3%
  • %Fat free mass = -1.3%
  • Fat mass = +2.918 lb
  • Fat free mass = -3.298 lb
  • Body mass = -0.38 lb

8/11/11

  • %Fat = 23.6%
  • %Fat free mass = 76.4%
  • Fat mass = 49.866 lb
  • Fat free mass = 161.387 lb
  • Body mass =  211.253 lb

Change:

  • %Fat = -4.8%
  • %Fat free mass = +4.8%
  • Fat mass = -12.15 lb
  • Fat free mass = +5.328 lb
  • Body mass = -6.821 lb

Analysis:  So between 7/14/11 and 7/28/11 I made some changes in my diet for the bad.  I was pretty upset when I got those results back because I thought the changes I made would be fore the better but looking back at it I probably made too many changes and ended up making some mistakes.  

Going from week 7/28/11 to 8/11/11 I saw the biggest change to date in almost every statistic so after seeing those results I was pretty excited.  I just need to remember how I have gotten this far and keep doing those things.  It hasn’t been easy thus far but I have had help from friends and family!
