Last weigh in I lost some more muscle mass and was starting to get worried about why this was happening.  This time I had more positive results.
Results from 7/14/11

 

  • %Fat = 27.1%
  • %Fat free mass = 72.9%
  • Fat mass = 59.097 lb
  • Fat free mass = 159.357 lb
  • Body mass =  218.454 lb

Change:

  • %Fat = -2.8%
  • %Fat free mass = +2.8%
  • Fat mass = -7.249 lb
  • Fat free mass = +3.94 lb
  • Body mass = -3.309 lb

Also here are my total change since starting this Blog

 

  • %Fat = -8.6%
  • %Fat free mass = +8.6%
  • Fat mass = -25.944 lb
  • Fat free mass = +6.188 lb
  • Body mass =  -19.756 lb

Analysis:

I took my Uncle Jon’s advice and it paid off for me!  gaining nearly 4lbs of muscle!  At first when I started this diet it was hard getting from day to day, but now I feel like it is all about keeping the ball rolling(And right now it is rolling!).  Although I have come a long way to where I am now I feel like I still have much further to go, but it doesn’t seem so far away now.  Thanks to everyone for your continued support!
