Analysis:
All in all I lost quite a bit of body mass and also a pretty good amount of body fat as well, but I also lost quite a bit of fat free mass. The first time I saw a loss in fat free mass I thought it was a fluke with the machine, but when it happened this past time I was concerned. I voiced my concerns to my uncle Jon Hausmann(super smart guy) who is a Doctor of physical therapy. He suggested the loss of fat free weight was due to my low carb-diet and my exercise regime. He said it maybe because I am not getting enough carbs before my exercise and need to burn something. So I am going to start having a piece of toast before my workout to get those needed carbs.
I mentioned in my last post that I would go into to details on my diet. I guess I will be going into details about my diet in my next post. Or maybe the next…
