The Next Weigh in

I had another weigh in last Thursday and here are my results:  

  • %Fat = 31.2%
  • %Fat free mass = 68.8%
  • Fat mass = 73.001 lb
  • Fat free mass = 160.664 lb
  • Body mass =  233.665lb

Change:

  • %Fat = -0.8%
  • %Fat free mass = +0.8%
  • Fat mass = - 2.271lb
  • Fat free mass = + 1.495lb
  • Body mass = - 1.532lb

Analysis:

I didn’t lose too much weight over the passed 3 weeks I think this is probably contributed to my fairly stagnant lifestyle of late.  I haven’t worked out much at all and also working at EROS I mostly sit on my butt, in front of a computer all day.  So for the next 2 or 3 weeks I am going to commit to doing more exercise each day.  Tomorrow I am going to start a kettle-bell work out.  Throughout the time I have been on this diet I have stuck to it pretty close so to see results no matter how small it is encouraging to see that I am making the right choices.  In one of my next posts I will go into detail about what exactly I am doing for my diet.
