The Results Are In!

My First 30 days of the diet are up and the results are in!  Although I started my numbers late I am going to use my previously posted numbers as my first official numbers.

Here are the Lastest BODPOD numbers (Drum-roll please).

  • %Fat = 32.0%
  • %Fat free mass = 68%
  • Fat mass = 75.272 lb
  • Fat free mass = 159.169 lb
  • Body mass = 235.197 lb

Change:

  • %Fat = -3.7%
  • %Fat free mass = +3.7%
  • Fat mass = -9.769 lb
  • Fat free mass = +6.755 lb
  • Body mass = -3.013 lb

Analysis:

So at first glance I only lost 3lbs, but taking a closer look I lost almost 10lbs of pure fat! And gained almost 7lbs of muscle!  Woohoo!  I am not a doctor and am not sure why I gained so much muscle in two weeks, but if I had to guess it would probably be because I stopped running so much.  And my legs had more time to recover.  So even though I didn’t lose a lot of weight I lost a LOT of FAT.
