My First Post
So I know this isn’t typical for a weight loss blog but I have already started my weight loss and lost a pretty substantial amount of weight so far(-10lbs). But I created this blog to help me lose more weight. So please follow me as I try to lose weight.
My plan is to update my blog about once a week. I will post approximate weight loss for the week, weight loss photos, and some of the struggles I have each week. Also every two weeks I will go to SDSU and get measurements from their BODPOD.
Last time I got measurements from the BODPOD was 4/21/2011
- %Fat = 35.7 %
- %Fat free mass = 64.3 %
- Fat mass = 85.041 lb
- Fat free mass = 153.169 lb
- Body mass = 238.210 lb
