  • %Fat free mass = 76.5%
  • Fat mass = 47.514 lb
  • Fat free mass = 154.314 lb
  • Body mass =  201.828 lb

Change:

  • %Fat = +0.2%
  • %Fat free mass = -0.2%
  • Fat mass = -0.796 lb
  • Fat free mass = -5.021 lb
  • Body mass = -5.817 lb

Analysis:  Not so happy about losing 5lbs of muscle but that could be due to more long distance running, or to the fact that I am pretty sure I didn’t drink enough water on the day of the weigh in.  Either way I understand that these things will happen I just don’t want them to become a trend.
