1-3-11 252lbs to 12-08-11 184lbs

Total Change:
Analysis: It has been 2 months since my last post but I have held true to the diet. I wanted to be at 15% body fat by the end of December. It doesn’t quite look like I will make it. I am not too disappointed though considering I have lost close to 70lbs with about 60lbs being straight fat.
Looking at my total changes the thing that jumps out at me the most is the body volume I have lost. 32 liters = 8.4 gallons. It’s like I had 8 milk jugs hanging off of my body that are now gone!
Going forward I think I will probably get to 15% body fat about mid-January. From there I plan to just keep losing weight. My brother, Grant, said that he wants to box me once we weigh the same. So I am looking forward to that.

Change:
Analysis: It’s been a while since my last post, but I am finally under 200lbs! Haven’t been this light since maybe 8th grade!
Noel got me a BodyBugg for my birthday. It helps keep track of the calories I have burned from day to day. I am not sure that I have eaten less knowing this, but knowing how many calories I burn each day and how many I eat each day definitely helps. I have averaged about 2500 calories burned each day and only about 1500 consumed. From those numbers it is no miracle that I have been losing weight.
On a separate note I am on track to reach my goal of 15% body fat by the end of December. I hope Thanksgiving and Christmas don’t get in the way too much!

Change:
Analysis: Not so happy about losing 5lbs of muscle but that could be due to more long distance running, or to the fact that I am pretty sure I didn’t drink enough water on the day of the weigh in. Either way I understand that these things will happen I just don’t want them to become a trend.

Total Changes: since 3/3/2011
Imagine 5 and a half gallon jugs… That is how much fat I have lost!
8/26/11 207lbs
8/25/11
Change:
Analysis: Pretty solid loss from one weigh in to the next. I have been working out pretty hard lately too. A few weeks ago I ran 6 miles without stopping. Which is the longest distance I have ran at one time. I start school this week and that brings forth plenty of temptations, but my roommates have been good with helping me keep to my goals.

8/18/11 211lbs
So its been a while since I last posted but I had two weigh ins since last time. One negative one positive.

Change:
Analysis: So between 7/14/11 and 7/28/11 I made some changes in my diet for the bad. I was pretty upset when I got those results back because I thought the changes I made would be fore the better but looking back at it I probably made too many changes and ended up making some mistakes.
Going from week 7/28/11 to 8/11/11 I saw the biggest change to date in almost every statistic so after seeing those results I was pretty excited. I just need to remember how I have gotten this far and keep doing those things. It hasn’t been easy thus far but I have had help from friends and family!
